1. Many lights were burnt out throughout the restaurant, creating a dim and uninviting atmosphere.
2. Our waiter, Hooman, displayed a complete lack of respect for customer service. He had an unpleasant attitude and didn't bother to refill our drinks.
3. I ordered the "Fear No Evil" burger, and it was bland and tasteless, resembling cardboard. Additionally, the burger came with ham, even though the description clearly stated it would have capicollo. It was a disappointing example of what a restaurant should provide in terms of food and service.

This restaurant has everything you could ask for: outstanding food, excellent service, and a truly amazing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and our waitress, Rosalie, made us feel very welcome. The food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. If you're a fan of chicken wings, you're in the right place! I can't say enough good things about this spot—everything from the poutine to the burgers to the onion rings was cooked to perfection. Our experience was great, nothing to complain about but would like to give compliments; First: our burgers were delicious specially the tropical temple ? plus the sweet potatoes ? the portion is decent too. I order 2 hamburgers with regular buns and 2 with gluten free buns for a person with celiac. Normally each hamburger is individually wrapped. This time the restaurant packaged in a box the regular bun together with the gluten free bun which caused a sever gluten contamination. The guest with the celiac was not able to eat and we sadly recommend every gluten free eater not to trust this place

While Notre-Boeuf-De-Grace is my favorite restaurant, I did not really enjoy this location. The service was a bit lacking, the music playing wasn't the most appropriate (a christmas song, in June, followed by an explicite rap song). The food was alright. The fried cheese appetizer was delicious.
The waitress was very nice and gave us good service. Rosalie, I think was her name. Very friendly and helpful. Very helpful in choosing our meal. The Ribs and hamburger steak liked good and tasted great.
The place was clean and not that busy. The food is not bad, but its not that excellent either. It probably depends on what's the order.Parking: Wide parking
They offer a great variety of burgers to choose from. Everything was quite enjoyable, and I really liked the burgers and the portion sizes.
