We visited the Cote-Vertu location. Great service, friendly, efficient and relatively quick given we were there on a Saturday rush hour. The place was very busy and we had to wait about 15 mins. for a table for 4. Décor was nice, pleasant atmosphere. I personally could do without the multiple giant screen tv showing sports but at least they had music on, not sports commentators. Menu is well thought out, mostly burgers but you have chicken, fish and vegetarian pattie alternatives. Hot dogs are also available. Of particular interest is that any burger is available at your preference in a bun or in a nice nest of iceberg lettuce. Despite iceberg lettuce shortage lately, iceberg lettuce portion...

I haven't had such terrible service at a restaurant in many years. Total disorganized team,it was like a Chinese fire drill. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a chocolate shake which was pretty good mind you very deceiving in size because of glass an order of onion rings huge portion and a regular hamburger on an onion roll. The shake comes 15 minutes later the onion rings arrive 10 minutes later still no burger. I ask the waitress about my burger she verified and said 5 more minutes. When the burger arrived my rings were cold my original thick shake has turned to milk and for the burger it was tasteless. I talked to the waitress about the ridiculous service I know it's n...
We went to the one on Cote Vertu near our home. Great addition to the neighbourhood. Loved the decor, relaxed, yet refined. The menu is very interesting, you can pimp your own burger in many different ways. The fries were delicious and abundant. People around us ordered salads, before their meals, nice portions, plates were empty by the time they were finishedWe look forward to going back and try other things on the menu as well as their Sunday brunch menu.
Heard some good things but sadly only an average burger joint. Lots of toppings and flexibility in the menu. Topping fresh but burger patty was overcooked, dry and underseasoned. Toppings couldn't make up for the substandard Patty and this visit was a miss. Not terrible but you can do better. Onion rings as a side, good sized portion, reasonable prices. Good service. Tip for the shop: improve the meat and you have a home run. Book a table now
Lots of noise, music quite loud, lots of long tables , we finally got our menus, hard to make a decision, but I wasn't in the mood for meat, so I opted for a. veggie burger / not a good idea, didn't really read the menu properly, there was a layer of feta cheese under the burger, not to my liking. The kids enjoyed the place, fries were great. It's new, and popular . Something new in our neighborhood!Good luck to them.
I've been here several times and the burgers made to order are just perfect! You can have them with almost anything you want, including blue cheeze. The service has always been excellent thanks to Richard and Denis at the bar and they have some great micro brew beer on draft as well as wine and spirits.
My son and I had already enjoyed the super burgers at Notre Boeuf-de-Grace on Sherbrooke in NDG, but Sunday brunch on the West Island (Cote Vertu - St. Laurent) was even better! Very creative combos and delicious. Not just eggs and bacon, toast and coffee. Now in the mix for a regular visit.
No idea why some folks thinks it's long here. Never had any problem. Always came on a Saturday or Sunday night and service and food was fast and just urgggg good ! Insert a Picture of Homer Simpson drooling here. Book a table now
Wait time of 20 minutes to pass the order and more than 50 minutes to get served. You can't rely on them for a business lunch...
It's a must, music is good, service is great. The food is excellent. Too bad for the Terrace being in the parking lot.
