Chose Nourish after being recommended several places in Columbia. The fully GF menu and kid's menu attracted me. I chose wisely! I had the Pesto Bowl which was packed with flavor and very filling. My daughter enjoyed her Little Fiesta Bowl along with my tasty Blueberry Hibiscus Iced Tea. We each enjoyed a mint almond butter ball for dessert. Food was exceptional, price was reasonable, and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. I appreciated seeing a couple farmers drop off food to the kitchen while I was dining. I will come back when in Columbia again!
My husband and I absolutely loved this restaurant! The owners were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in town. The food was amazing. I had a tough time deciding what to order because everything sounded so delicious, but I ended up choosing the Broadway Bowl. The cauliballs were full of flavor, and all the vegetables were seasoned perfectly. We will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Columbia!
The location, service, and quality of the food were all fantastic. I will definitely be returning many times to enjoy this healthy, organic food that is locally grown. I was able to arrive, order, sit on the patio, eat my food, and leave all within a quick 25-minute visit. This is the perfect spot to stop and grab a quick and delicious lunch!
Totally obsessed with everything about this place! I tried the berry acai bowl and a bit of the southwest bowl, and both were delicious. Also had the chance to talk with co-owner Kalle, and it was amazing to see how passionate she is about this business and its food. Can't wait to come back!

This place breaks the thought trend that healthy food has to taste like cardboard. There isn't anything I have had that hasn't been amazing! So full of flavor without artificial nasty add-ins!
This is one of my top two favorite places to eat and study in Columbia. The food is consistently excellent and the staff is even better. I feel thankful to have a place like this in Columbia.
This is a fantastic spot to enjoy local, fresh, and nutritious food. I have never been disappointed whenever I have visited. Today, I tried the lemon cookie smoothie and it was amazing!
