For me, it's one, if not the best restaurant in Montauban. A regularly renewed map, menus based on fresh, seasonal and local products. Always amazing creativity. A modern, tasty, gastronomic and original cuisine. A warm, very professional welcome. They always take into account my lactose intolerance problem by offering an appropriate menu (and not simply remove ingredients as elsewhere). Cherry on the cake, they are humble, always smiling. In short, a very nice table, held by very beautiful people.
