This restaurant is my all time favorite. I like the way the menu changes for the different seasons. It's difficult to just pick one appetizer they all sound so fabulous. The dinner choices are equally delicious and keep you staring at the menu. I love their soups as well. You will not want to miss this place. Carlo greets us with a great big hug and Oscar helps out with our dinner choice because I want one of everything. He's a terrific waiter and always checks in on us. They even serve delicious desserts. Try and leave room for those... Food and staff make this place my number one restaurant.
The best meal I've had in a long time! For the appetizer, I enjoyed fresh ricotta on grilled toast drizzled with olive oil, and it was simply divine. For dinner, I had gnocchi in a creamy sauce with pancetta. I tried to pace myself, but it was too delicious to resist! The service was wonderful as well; they took our appetizer order separately from the main course, making for a relaxed experience. Plus, there was a fantastic guitarist providing ambiance. Overall, it was a delightful evening!
I absolutely love the meatballs from the appetizer menu. The bar can get quite busy on Friday nights, but the live music is excellent. I will say that the drinks are a bit pricey. To be honest, I prefer the appetizer menu to the regular menu when it comes to the food.
Please lower the volume! The singer performing last Friday night was completely overwhelming. When the entertainment disrupts the enjoyment of your meal, it's time to turn it down. Novita, you've just lost a star from my rating.
