I purchased a castle from Nrgize last week, but it turned out to be defective, and they refused to replace it. Their only response was that returns are not allowed. I used to spend $10 to $20 there weekly, but now I’ve decided not to spend anything at all. They’ve lost my business, which totaled $500 to $1,000 a year, all over a faulty $5 lock they sold me. Joe, the manager, really needs to rethink their poor business practices.
