We almost backed out of our reservation but are so glad we followed through. We were welcomed warmly and led to a casual spot on the terrace where we were served a glass of wine and a variety of tasty bites that were honestly extraordinary each on their own. Once relaxed, we were escorted to our table where a succession of courses were served each one more magical than the last. The real stand out for me was the parmesean foam cloud with ancient balsamic and a little mushroom shaped bun with savory-sweet coating for dipping.
