Nuthouse Sports Grill

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and stood by the “Please wait to be seated” sign for about 10 minutes. It wasn’t busy and nobody seemed interested to seat us. We’ve been here several times and was our go to place whenever we were in Lansing, which is frequently. I will note it’s progressively been worse with each visit and today was my last time. So, after waiting 10 minutes I asked a waitress if we were to seat ourselves and her response was she didn’t know and kept on walking. I then asked the bartender and she didn’t know and walked away, so our party of 6 walked away to a different bar/restaurant since the Nuthouse wasn’t interested in us spending our money there. Well when I got there it was almost time for closing but they still accommodated us and cooked what we needed and I think there was very nice of them inside was Lots entertainment they had the game on they had a pool table a bar outside sitting very nice Parking: Well like any other restaurant you can park in their parking lot Kid-friendliness: The kids did not go in we just went in ourselves Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can use wheelchairs to go in the front door

We waited 2.5 hours for food. When it finally came out all our burgers were cold and raw in the middle. The waitress had a very bad attitude and never once apologized for our wait nor our disgusting food. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've visited this place a handful of times now and enjoy it every time. Foods good and I like how its right downtown, after you eat you can take a little walk.
