We love this place! My fiancé is from Brooklyn and he approves. The management is always great and goes above and beyond. The first time we visited, we engaged in a conversation with the cashier and she gave us a free bag of bagels to try. They were all so good! We normally visit for lunch or dinner and have pizza, Stromboli, or the sausage roll. All are great. We have ordered cheesecake on a couple of occasions and am always very impressed! Yesterday we went for dinner outside. It seemed they were short staffed as the food took longer than normal. I went in for morning bagels. They tasted good, but $19 for 12 (unsliced and not toasted) bagels (cream cheese not included either) wasn't really the best experience. I did want to note they had kind employees and timely service, and during Christmas time they had really good Italian cookies from Brooklyn (if you get them other than Christmas time, I think they're made in house and aren't good/the same). Panera has a baker's dozen assorted bagels with cream cheese for $14 and they come sliced and with the option to be toasted. This is a hidden gem for breakfast sandwiches. The restaurant is rather large and they have a large selection of baked goods and bagels. They also have pizza. We stopped here for breakfast sandwiches before going to the farmers market. We got 2 bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, 2 hashbrowns, 1 small coffee and 1 iced vanilla latte for $30. Everything was average. Bagels were good though. Appreciate a fresh bagel. The lady behind the counter didn't seem friendly, felt like I was wasting her time. However, the lady who brought me my food was a peach.
