We visited the Terrou region last week (Oct 2014 . What a pleasure to find a new bakery in town. It's clean, bright and fresh. A beautiful setting. The bread tends more toward a rustic bread than the more common processed white flour baguette but that is by no means a criticism! The pastries we tried were excellent. The quiche was exceptional a surprisingly sweet pastry crust with a custard like filling, the salt of the bacon and cheese balancing the sweetness of the crust perfectly.
