We had several things to share, the restaurant attendants were very helpful on it My boyfriend had been there before and tried different dishes we tried before. Incredible combination of flavors and textures in each dish, the best Galician products with a Japanese style of cooking were absolutely amazing and delicious.Tartar de Xurelo Wakame, tuna tataki, ceviche nikkei, salad with truche eggs and arroz socarrat with mackerel The atmosphere is lovely and the style of the tiny restaurant is unique, as you were to the past. I hightly recommend this place. I'll sure go back.
Un pequeño restaurante cerca de Parador con una decoración minimalista muy acogedora. La carta no es muy extensa, pero no lo necesita puesto que cada plato apetece ser probado. La comida tiene una presentación que anticipa su delicioso sabor, raciones no muy abundantes aunque suficientes para no salir con hambre. La amabilidad y simpatía del personal es destacable, asesoran en lo necesario y están solo cuando se las necesita. Un lugar para recomendar sin ninguna duda.
Nice restaurant, a little bit of the beaten path. We had a nice dinner, with some twists on standard Spanish tapas. They either play with ingredients (salmon croquettas), textures (foams, mousses etc), or add different flavours (Asian twist). Every dish is a pleasent surprise! Great wines by the glass (at least three different whites and reds). To top it off, service is excellent!
The Souto is the name of a famous Pontevedra pirate that betrayed Spain becoming a corsary for the English kingdom. The restaurant is a surprise, the place is very cozy, not very expensive and has a closed menu: appetizers, main dish and dessert, everything delicious and a glass of wine, no the house. We loved it!

We stopped for a beer.. and once they placed the tapas on the table ... omg delicious... I had to ask for the menu.. I can say it was phenomenal.. a little twist on good galician and I was pleasantly surprised.. The service was great .. ladies were on top of everything.. I must say stop by and try!!!!
En nuestra visita a Pontevedra en un #minubetrip hemos comido en este restaurante. Es bastante nuevo, tiene una decoración moderna pero acogedora y se encuentra en plena zona vieja. La comida buenísima, una mezcla de ingredientes tradicionales cocinados de forma moderna. ¡Super recomendable!
¡¡Recomendable no, lo siguiente!! La atención excelente, la comida es una sorpresa a cada plato... Una cocina fuera del tradicional pero con ingredientes reales que te llenan los ojos y el paladar. ¡¡Pra repetir muchas veces!!
My wife and I had a great meal here tonight. The best restaurants are always slightly off the main center and this one was great. Located right next to the parador in Pontevedra it was easy to find.
