Nice, cozy room with a small but well-designed selection of beers. The food is also very good; The starters may seem a little expensive for a gastropub, but for gourmets they are comparable in complexity and taste to dishes in the rich table, a rare find in the outer mission / Bernal. If you are looking for tasty snacks, great cocktails and beer in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel.
I had high expectations for the food at this restaurant, especially since it was recently awarded as the best new restaurant in San Francisco. I found that the appetizers were better than the main courses, and overall, the dishes were a bit too salty for my taste. However, I did enjoy the tangerine beer I ordered. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
whoa. Yellowtail tasted way too "fishy" and the so-called pastrami shortribs were greasy pastrami. Both were $ 30. Robbery. We gave our feedback to the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) and he made no effort to "get it right". I will not be back. The dining room was nice ... parking was awful in the neighborhood.
The drinks were good. Menu is limited. One person did not like the pork. The other thought the pastrami ribs were fat and of no value. The burger was good. Though very energetic, it's not really a place for $ 30 starters - much looser. Stick with the burger and a cocktail or beer. Book a table now
Excellent selection of beers, reliably delicious food and great service. If you don't have a reservation, it's usually easy to secure a spot at the bar for a full dining service. A neighborhood favorite.
The ambience and the service were really great. I thought the menu items were unique compared to other similar restaurants, which I appreciated. However, nobody blew my socks off.
