Oasis Vietnamese Cuisine has always been, and continues to be, a reliable spot in Pacifica for great Vietnamese food. However, during my recent visit, my Pork Banh Mi sandwich came with an unexpected surprise—a small steel clip hidden inside. Thankfully, I noticed it before taking a big bite and avoided any injury. While this was definitely an isolated incident—I’ve enjoyed many other meals there without issue—the restaurant should be more careful during food preparation. The sandwich itself was as delicious as usual. I still highly recommend Oasis Vietnamese Cuisine, but just be sure to check your sandwich before digging in.
