While visiting from Des Moines, IA, we wanted to try a restaurant that we don't have back home. My daughter found Obed and Isaac's through a quick search. The service was excellent; our waitress was attentive without being overly intrusive. The food was fantastic! We were a group of five, each with our own preferences. The Chicken & Waffles were a highlight—the chicken was crispy, and the batter was incredibly tasty. We also had a burger that disappeared quickly, along with a couple of evening specials and some flatbread. Everything was delicious and full of flavor! We will definitely come back!
We visited last night for a girls' night out, and it was incredible from beginning to end. I would rank it among my top three dining experiences ever. Our server was delightful—fun, attentive, and knowledgeable about the nightlife in Peoria. The venue itself is extraordinary. The drinks were delicious and went down quickly, while the food was absolutely spectacular! This restaurant alone is a great reason to visit Peoria. With 20 years of experience in the industry, I was genuinely impressed. Thank you for an amazing night!
While visiting from out of town, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it. They have a solid selection of beers, all of which were quite enjoyable on their own. The menu is extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. I really appreciated the atmosphere as well. If I lived in this area, this place would definitely be one of my favorites.
The food was incredible, definitely some of the best I've had in Peoria to date. I was concerned that it might be overpriced, but the cost truly reflects the quality of the dishes. Our service was outstanding—fast and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was fantastic; I've never dined in such a beautiful and unique setting before!

This might be the coolest place I've ever been to drop in for a beer and a bite. Truly gorgeous indoor setting and fun patio with taps and games. Really fine beers and delicious grub, all served with a smile. Check the bargain specials of the day. My Italian combo sandwich on a lightly toasted bun, served with perfect fries was on point!
Seriously awesome! I didn’t even know a place this unique existed in Peoria. It was a 1.5 hour drive for us, but we will make it over and over again to return to Obed and Isaac’s! Food, ambiance, service, everything was fantastic!
Fantastic food and amazing craft beer! Our bartender was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the building. I highly recommend this place to everyone—definitely a five-star experience!
Great spot, awesome vibe! Josh was our bartender and he was super! So many varieties of beer to sample. Took home 6 pints cans and biscuits beer for my puppy! Will be back for sure.
