A pleasant setting on the edge of the lake. We all took fried mussels for the braderie: we were all disappointed. The pan was filled to half, the mussels were very small, all stunted (too cooked) and much was broken. We made the remark and the answer was: yes we know and yet it is the same supplier as last week and they were good. I did not understand the answer: if they were not good, why serve them to customers. No commercial gesture, nothing... while I'm sure the restorer will have one from his supplier. On mange bien et le cadre est beau. Par contre le personnel....bof.... 4 derrière le bat, ils nous regardent tous mais ne bougent pas... Le serveur claque le pichet sur la table. Les plats ne sont toujours pas arrivés, il est 14h00... on est arrivés à 12h45.... peut-être sont-ils allés pécher le saumon et tuer le bœuf pour les carbonades.... A chaque fois que je viens c'est pareil. Je viens pour faire plaisir à mes parents qui apprécient le lieu.... mais cette fois-ci sera la dernière. On ne doit pas être assez bien pour eux... Même pas un au revoir en partant...
I knew this place by chance, and since I became addicted. The garden on the terrace is beautiful, relaxing and soothing. Nice frame however I am really disappointed. We came on the weekend of the braderie and the mussels were not good: small, dry and in addition the pot was barely filled with half. We informed the staff who told us that they were aware of it but no commercial action, not even a proposal to be tightened. I will not return.
