what a fabulous experience! Remarkable food and an entire toasted melt-in-your mouth black-back flounder served on a platter as big as the moon covered in a lemon butter sauce and surrounded by cubes of squash, slender stalks of scallion and capers. Excellent service, delicious Cato Corners cheese plate with raspberry jam and an Oyster Bay cider ... YUM!!! Highly recommend. Kind wait staff who helped us get to the theater date time!
The unique combinations of flavors and textures in every dish were absolutely delicious. The raw menu, in particular, was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the raw mussels, scallops, and flounder - I would return just for those dishes. The service was top-notch, and the apple tart with beeswax ice cream was a must-try.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! I particularly enjoy the small plates as they allow you to try a variety of delicious dishes. The selection of wines to pair with your meal is also fantastic. The atmosphere and service provided by the staff is exceptional as well.
I cannot praise this restaurant enough! Our experience from the beginning to the end was excellent! The food is unique and expertly prepared. Our favorite dish was the raw blue fish. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!
