if we are lucky and there is still a free boat place, then we like to eat in the gas house obermatt. I like how the fish is prepared. the view and the friendly ambiente make every visit an experience.
already over 40 years is peter murer with his team as host on the obermatt in ennetbürgen. the kitchen and the wine cellar is still fantastic. very recommended.
