The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The Asian salad wasn't worth the high price; it included sweet, crispy elements that didn’t taste fresh, and the cabbage was dried out. The chicken karaage was decent, but nothing special. The dirty glassware really put a damper on things. I understand that Sorrento is busy in the summer, but I was definitely not impressed. I would consider coming back just for drinks (after checking the glassware), as the DJ was great and there was a nice atmosphere on a warm day. The front-of-house staff were friendly, which created a welcoming environment.
we had the worst experience here, we waited and hour and 15 minutes for our food, but it came in steps. the slippery fleshpatty was so small and burned and the bun was dry. the chicken shoots were $14 for 2 sticks and the meat was unusable. the workers were all very inexperienced and no one warmed us how long it would take. the tables were broken from the back and the toilets were so dirty that they could not be used. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Booked for a birthday celebration for a restaurant seating. Was causal dinning in a tent. Service was poor with staff showing no interest. Half the menu items were not available. Ordered the Lamb ribs with hardly any meat on them, mostly fat. Was not told in advance that the restaurant area was closed ‘due to staff shortages’. This was a very disappointing experience especially for a special celebration.
I was rudely refused entry due to being from interstate. I had my license ready for them to view and without being given a chance to explain or speak I was refused entry and told to leave. After being asked to speak to a manager but they said to me to call back the next day and ask why. Do not recommend unless you are a melbourniane. This is an act of discrimination.

For vegetarians, there are plenty of great options available. It's also kid-friendly, with a wonderful outdoor play area and numerous entertaining games for the little ones. Plus, there’s ample parking available.
Stay away from the lamb dish and chicken dishes , lamb was 80% fat and chicken was a dry and slightly burnt , worst meals we have had in a while Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–120
very disappointed! everything we ordered or wanted had expired! we were handed over dirty plastic wine glasses that said they were fled from glass when there were glass wine glasses at the bar! never again
