Firstly, the food is consistently amazing. We've had delivery from here at least once a week for a year and it is always better than we remember. Tonight though, the driver didn't drop off my prawn crackers (which was all I really wanted, because pregnant women are weird). My reception is terrible, so I sent an SMS to Huong Sen, not expecting a reply. Less than a minute later, I had a call back. She was so sympathetic and understanding. I felt valued, respected and important. I've never been on the receiving end of such amazing customer service. For so many reasons this is THE best option for takeaway or delivery.
The staff are fantastic the service is first class and the food is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant for any function or just a quiet night out. The takeaway is also restaurant quality and value for money.
Always lovely, fresh food. We've ordered from here many times via Menulog, and over the phone. Never had a bad meal. The restaurant looks lovely and clean, and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.
I have always ordered delivery from Ocean Spice but decided to dine in tonight and I loved it! The specials were fantastic, the staff was friendly and attentive and the food fantastic as always. A local gem!
