Oceania Nantes Aeroport

Absolutely rudest receptionist EVER. She was so happy to arrogantly tell us there was no food, no restaurant services until Monday. A four star hotel and we had to walk across the street and eat out of a Food Truck who did his best to serve and feed all staying guests of Nantes airport. Nantes Airport Nantes tourism board need to have serious discussions with hotels, 4star and otherwise to serve food at weekend Sat airports, without your tourists travelling these hotels would not be open and would not be providing employment to these obnoxious reception staff. The young man who served us a quick beverage was lovely BTW and quiet apologetic towards for his snooty ‘colleagues’

This hotel was booked with the understanding the restaurant would be open. It was booked as non-refundable but 24 hours before we were due to leave we were told the restaurant would be closed so we had to go into the nearest town for a meal which we chose from the list suppled by the hotel. This also proved to be a disaster. Should this hotel now advertise as a B&B rather than a 4* hotel? The bathroom had no towels so I had to search for a house keeper who did fetch towels for us. Very disappointing visit.

Perfect Even if the swimming pool is not anymore available, this should be mentioned on their website to avoid disappointment or claims !!

Staff very helpful. More vegetarian food in the restaurant would be good.
