The hostess seated us immediately upon entering. Our waitress came to us in less than one minute. She obtained our beverage order quickly exactly the wY we asked. Then brought us our menu orders exactly with the steaks exactly as requested. So therestaurant service was superb with the only drawback being noisy children seated nearby that detracted from a fabulous lunch.
We go to O'Charley's every Friday. The front house staff is always very nice. Our favorite server is Haley. She is the best. She always remembers what we usually order, and how we like it (rare, med, etc, no tomatoes, extra ranch, etc) and what we want todrink. She always lets us know when they have new items that we should try. She's the BEST!
If I were rating solely on service, I’d give 5 stars. Our server Jessica was incredibly attentive and accommodating! When my soup was too salty, she didn’t hesitate at all when I asked to change my order. The food was good, though not extraordinary. It’s the fast and high-quality service that would definitely bring me back!
I placed a large online catering order this past Tuesday 11/25. The food was packaged perfectly, all items included and everyone enjoyed the food. The staff helped me carry it to my car and they were professional and friendly. I will definitely order fromthem again. Book a table now
