O'Charley's boardman what has happened to you. A once enjoyable place to dine or take out has become less than a major let down. Ordered our usual free pie Wednesday family meal for curb side to go and what a major let down and disappointment. After waiting 17 mins In my car for curb side to go and not one single employee creating me, I decided to go inside to wait another 14 minute's for anyone to even notice I was standing at the register I finally was able to pay for food. Getting home found no free whole pie just a pitiful slice , not 8 tenders like the meal should have but only seven nasty overcooked (nugget) sized tenders cold and I mean cold hamburgers no bbq sauce no rolls and just w...
I ordered myself. Email said 4pm. I had to wait 20 minutes. I called in if the order was lost. They said they were waiting for ribs and rollers. When the order finally came out and I came home just 10 minutes drive) the potato was raw, the broccoli was cold, the ribs had the wrong sauce. And the much-awaited role looked like it was either sown in anger because I called? I was polite) or used as hockey puck. It wasn't possible either. Of course not fresh from the oven. And I tipped 20%. Worse food ever. Oh and the strawberry cheesecake had a container that contained how tinted water and a sad strawberry seemed. I wish I had taken pictures, but my friend was so angry that he fed it in the tras...
Was seated in a timely fashion. Food was delicious and well prepared. Waitress made several newbie mistakes that I spoke with management about to find out it was not waitresses errors but restaurant was understaffed and waitress had way too many tables spread all over the restaurant. Management apologized for the inconvenience and poor service plus tested us to desert on him. He corrected the situation and welcomed us back to give them another chance. Being the Peach Chutney was so wonderful, I have no other choice but to go back again. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Great restaurant. The young lady who waited on our table was very attentive and friendly. Food came out timely, everything was delicious, and cooked perfectly. Just loved the hot, fresh dinner rolls. Had the loaded potato skins and fresh baked pretzel sticks for appetizers and recommend both. We will certainly be returning.
