I dined with my mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair, and the restaurant had a great accommodation that made seating easy. On the afternoon of October 4, 2022, it wasn’t very busy, so the service was prompt. We ordered fish and chips and peach lemonade, which I would rate a 7/10. I also ordered a chicken Alfredo with honey mustard dressing and a Sprite. The Alfredo portion was generous and definitely worth the money. We also had two cobblers—hers was peach and mine was blackberry—both served with vanilla ice cream. I would give her dessert a 9/10 and consider everything overall—service, food, and accessibility—a perfect 10/10.
I recently had a wonderful dining experience at O'Charley's, thanks in large part to our waiter, Brad. His excellent service, friendly demeanor, and careful attention to detail made our evening truly memorable. Brad's genuine hospitality and thorough knowledge of the menu really enhanced our visit. I highly recommend O'Charley's, especially if you get the opportunity to be served by Brad! A definite 5 stars! Service: Dine-in.
The bar bites were fantastic! The bartender was incredible; we can't recall her name, but she was working at 2:00 PM today (management will know what that means, so they can verify). She remembered everything about our order and even recognized most of the other patrons, even though we don’t visit often due to our work schedules. It was a lovely afternoon. I don’t usually write reviews, so trust me when I say it was awesome!
I stopped by this restaurant on a whim this week, and I would happily make the 50-minute drive just to eat here again. Kaitlyn was our waitress, and she was incredibly sweet—quite possibly the best waitress I've ever had! The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and overall it was an amazing experience.

Overall, it was an amazing dining experience!
The food was excellent—hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, and our waitress was outstanding. They offered gluten-free options, and the place was clean all around. We will definitely be returning!
