I've visited O'Charley's in Hermitage numerous times and have consistently enjoyed the food and service. One employee named Freedom always stands out; she is not only attentive but also has a wonderful personality. We've been served by her multiple times, and she maintains that same level of excellence each time. Freedom is truly an asset to the team. The manager also enhances the experience by making sure you feel comfortable and checking in on you. We will definitely return and spread the word about the delicious food and friendly staff. The restaurant itself is also beautifully presented.
They've added a shrimp and lobster scampi dish to the menu. I was really looking forward to it. Ended up ordering it but when it seemed to have more of a spaghetti sauce than a scampi sauce I sent it back. The manager explained that it was ocharleys version of scampi. This was Not scampi. We like ocharleys but are concerned that the way they're going is going to put them out of business. Very disappointing experience. They also over season their salmon to where it's inedible. Glad they brought back free pie Wednesday but they stopped serving pecan pie so it's no incentive to come in.
Dennis and the staff on Friday are awesome people. We coordinated a group 25 coming in at 12:30 and Dennis was extremely accommodating. The servers he provided us with, and I wish I had gotten their names, we're so gracious and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one. They have no idea the day we had and how badly we needed their attention. Kudos! ???

I used to stop in Goodlettsville, but they closed that location.I like this one just as well. Freedom gave OUTSTANDING service ?. I needed a quick lunch. I was in and out in no time, and I tipped them way above standard because they went the extra mile. I'm in this area once a week, and this will be my lunch stop ?. Thank you, Freedom and O'Charley's staff and will see y'all next week.
Everything went smoothly, and the server was excellent. The food was good, though we opted for simple, standard chain restaurant dishes. We enjoyed cold beer, warm bread, and hot food—exactly what we were looking for.
Today was my birthday, we had lunch there. Food was good and the service was great. Sorry I am not good with names but she was friendly and helpful, and good at her job. The Manager was friendly too ?
Ordered a salad to-go and they completely left out the grilled chicken. Just a bed of skimpy lettuce fruit… and a roll on the side. Highly disappointed after getting all the way home.
