Visited this pub for the first time last Friday on our way back from Keswick and what a disappointment it was. We arrived around 2pm in the afternoon where it was relatively quiet, we got seated in the bar. The waitress serving us was miserable and you could tell she didn't want to be there. They were missing quite a few items on the menu which was disappointing, as someone who is a vegetarian there was very little I could have as a result of this. I ended up getting the falafel burger and my husband got the cosy Shrimps. The fries were cold and tasteless, the salad was full of brown lettuce and my falafel was also cold and had no colour to it.
