Eu l'occasion de goûter le bento lors de la journée du Japon organisée par la ville de Bourg de Péage le 9 mars 2024. Un régal. D'autre part c'était la 1ère fois que je buvais un matcha latte. Je peux vous assurer que c'est un très bon et désaltérant... Avril : découverte d'un menu 100 japonais. Quelle merveille toutes ses saveurs qui ont égayé nos papilles. Nous avons été transportés au pays du soleil levant. Le saké aidant A la fin du repas le dessert pomme et sakura nous a conduit dans un jardin de cerisiers en fleurs. Un restaurant de poissons, ce n'est pas si courant. Et franco-japonais, ce qui réserve une multitude de déliceuses saveurs inattendues. Un cocktail à la liqueur de sureau, surprenant et savoureux pour patienter. Enfin le demi-homard qui restera dans la mémoire comme le dessert et pour lequel nous sommes venus. Bon, c'est une folie gastronomique qui se paie : 266.00 € pour deux, mais nous avions deux anniversaires à célébrer. On ne regrettera donc pas la note, seulement qu'on ne puisse pas faire de l'Ode marine notre cantine habituelle !
