as restaurant manager I am the first to understand that waiting times are longer when they are busy. but I brought my family here today for lunch; we arrived at 11:47 and were told that the waiting period was 30-40 minutes, probably less we were sitting at 12:55, where we waited until 1:15-1:20 for us to go. I had to go, still hungry, at 1:45 or risk working too late. my family told me they had her eat about 15 minutes after my departure. I understand again that when the business is busy waiting longer waiting times to be expected, but if we wait over two hours to get our food * be ahead* with these information so that we can go to another place that let me eat without being too late. disapp...
1 hour and half to wait for eating for which it was mother day and they were busy. I wanted to explain how we waited and that people who were sitting 15 minutes ago had already been eating their food and there was another Afro-American who was complaining about the same and said that they would be better patient. I don't think we or other ethnics have been treated like all others in the restaurant and will never return. what a terrible experience at such a special day. and the waitress gave the scary of my wife. I've never been treated as I saw people suffer from the mother. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Met some friends for breakfast at Odyssey. The restaurant wasn't busy as it was a weekday around 9:00 a.m. The restaurant was freezing which did not make for a good ambience. The waitress was quite short with us. She seemed to want us to order immediately and we were not ready to order as we were chatting. The food was mediocre although it was a nice size portion. I had sourdough toast with my omelette. The toast was quite thin and had no sourdough flavor. It seemed as if it was just a cheap version of Wonder bread. There are too many restaurants that serve good breakfast to waste your time at Odyssey.
I have been going here since I was a stupid teenager/twenty something. We used to sit in the smoking section when that was a thing and eat food and smoke cigarettes late late at night. Years later after moving to and from different states and eventually ending back in here I am now STILL going to the Odyssey. We usually go here now for a nice Sunday breakfast. I'm glad this place survived covid and hope it stays around for years to come.

beautiful family restaurant..good menu..omelette and chicets perfect for taste. I had contrasts of 30 minutes waiting for table and 1 hour waiting in the table for eating. it was Mother's Day and a Saturday, so can't complain about it. sunroom makes it extra experience
excellent manager and the staff is friendly and eating is very tasty. I highly recommend this for a good place to eat. also on Thursday they make a homemade Italian wedding soup to love.
Everybody enjoyed their meals... service was speedy and the food was hot... our waitress was prompt with our coffee refills... reminds me of pre covid service and we really enjoyed it
Their food and friendly service has always been good and we enjoy going there to eat. My mother and I plus friends have gone their for many years and not been disappointed.
