We celebrated our wedding at the Oerather Mill in August. A very beautiful and modernized location with a beautiful small garden and terrace. The terrace is shaded by a vine and creates a Mediterranean flair. We really liked that. So in the afternoon coffee and cake were dressed in the garden. The kids could play outside and were busy. Wir hatten eine sehr leckere Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen. In der Erwartung das man früher immer reichlich grosse Hauptspeisen bekam habe ich hier vorsichtig gegessen und es später bereut. Das Gemüsecurry mit Wokgemüse war ein bisschen Reis mit ein wenig Currysauce, 10 Tiefkühlerbsen und 3 sehr kleinen Blumenkohlröschen und 2 sehr kleinen Brokkoliröschen, 2 Minischeibchen Möhre noch, alles in allem ein Seniorenteller, und das Gemüse zumindest in Teilen noch nicht mal frisch. Das Essen von meinem Mann war gut und reichlich, daher noch befriedigend.
We celebrated our wedding there at weekends and I can recommend this location 100%! From the first session to the payment everything went smoothly and everything was as we wanted to introduce ourselves. For us it was the perfect day. Sehr freundlicher Service, die Speisen sind alle aus frischen Zutaten. Mir persönlich war es nicht raffiniert genug gewürzt. Das Restaurant ist neu renoviert, trotzdem war es mir zu sehr aus dem Katalog. Mir fehlte die persönliche Note. Es wirkt kalt. Der Mittagstisch lommt gut bei der älteren Kundschaft an. Die Preise sind angemessen.
