Egg cooked at 64°C red wine sauce, smoked bacon, button mushrooms, onions and parsley, with mild and pleasant flavors. Pork cheek nuts, tarragon sauce, parsnip mousseline and buttered cabbage with smoked bacon, fine and delicious. On the other hand, the grilled butcher's cut with pepper sauce does not justify its size and the price of the menu, even if the fries with beef breast are excellent. O'Gastos is a traditional restaurant located in Saint Saturnin lès Avignon. The products used are fresh, seasonal and local. We had a great time, the service was perfect and professional. The cuisine is innovative, well presented and delicious. The decoration is very beautiful and warm. I highly recommend O'Gastos. You will not be disappointed.
