The €36 menu that we tasted is quite attractive, even if certain supplements apply. Egg cooked at 64°C red wine sauce, smoked bacon, button mushrooms, onions and parsley, with mild and pleasant flavors. Pork cheek nuts, tarragon sauce, parsnip mousseline and buttered cabbage with smoked bacon, fine and delicious. On the other hand, the grilled butcher's cut with pepper sauce does not justify its size and the price of the menu, even if the fries with beef breast are excellent. The meringue, passion fruit, mango and vanilla cream, a success, but the dark chocolate coulant certainly lacks softness.
