Banh mi is excellent. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. The ingredients are fresh and the rolls are handmade. I tried the honey glazed pork and was highly satisfied. Only 4 stars because of the pho. It just wasn't as good as it could have been. The noodles were a little mushy which hurt my satisfaction. It came out so fast I assume they are premade. The broth for the chicken was a beef broth which actually turned out to be a good combination. The chicken had good flavor and was firm but slightly dry. Overall satisfied.

OK, we love this place and will definitely be back next time we’re in Salt Lake City. The five of us agreed that the vegetarian broth tasted so good and not so heavy on the anise flavor. We got the vegetarian pho noodle soup with vegetarian broth, which came with tofu, And we got the Bahn Mi sandwich with tofu instead of pork. It was super good, with the tofu marinated in some curry-like spices, and we all wish we had each ordered our own. You need to eat here. You’re welcome :

I had the honey glazed pork vermacelli bowl and it was delicious! It had crisp fresh veggies and a yummy clear dressing in a separate container. I dumped the whole thing on my bowl and I would do it again. Delicious, healthy, gluten-free food. I will be returning.

Halfway Through the sandwich and realized it’s half full of raw chicken. Noticed the rubbery texture and turned on a light to see the inside isn’t cooked at all. Super surprised as I’ve heard great things about this but I hope we don’t get sick now
