I was in two minds about doing a review on the fish and chips shop because I didn't want too many people going there but it deserve to be reviewed. We've gone there twice in one week and we plan to make this our regular fish and chip shop, even if it's a 10-15 minutes drive from our home. Paul and the staff are very friendly and it great that he gives out samples of his yummy, pipping hot seafood stew he makes, while your waiting for your order.We tried the grilled fish and chips the first time we were there and it was very good but the batter Paul fries the fish in, is not stodgy like you would normally get in a fish and chips shop, and the fish that he uses in his regular fish and chips is...
First time to visit this new shop. I was made feel very welcome by Paul, the owner.I decided on a basic fish and chips. I have to say that this was the best and tastiest fish and chips I have ever eaten. Beautiful chips cooked freshly in front of me. The fish cooked in a beautiful batter which did not overwhelm the taste of the delicious fish. The portion of chips, as delicious as it was, was far too much for one person, although I gave it a go. I will going back this coming weekend and I will sample some of the other offerings from Pauls extensive menu. Looking forward to it.
So good! A cut above the other local fish and chip shops as the fish is genuinely what they say it is (Ive had other chippies try and sell off a cheap fish and claim its a more expensive one like Snapper when clearly it isnt, which annoys me silly!). This fish is good quality and well cooked. Staff are delightful and you can tell they care about the food and their customers. Very clean and fresh decor to boot. The deep fried feta and the grilled garlic prawns are my favourite. Delish!
Great #1 - best fish & chips I've had for years, fresh, tasty & crispy batter, great chips.Great #2 - value for money, $10 for fish and chips, these guys are in the 80's and not just with the great 80's music they play while your waiting.Great #3 - size of portions, chip serving is huge, I can't finish it yet and very good size serving of fish.Keep it up, will continue to come here for my fish n chips.

I Ve written about this takeaway before and it's a shame there s really not much seating .... but the freshness of the fish and.crunchy chips the food is wonderfulGood clean oil must be their secret and plentiful serves This is a great local drop by fish and chips shop Worth it even if you end up eating the olde fashioned way... out of the paper and in the car. Yum yum yum
This place is a text book example of a proper fish and chips joint. Nice friendly and bubbly staff, fast turn around, decent prices. The head chef is a nice bloke and always laughs with us when we rock up hungry after a few beers. It's nice to not be judged. I recommend this place
First time tried and will definitely return. Tried a few things and all was delicious especially the fetta, sweet potato chips and the mango fritter- wowee wow wow, it was a mouth full of awesomeness! Great service, great food. Well done on your new business.
