Okinawa - Table reservation

I feel the need to leave a review because my fiance and I have been regular customers of this restaurant for years. Last night, we were seated next to a table who ordered fried rice and teriyaki chicken. I feel the full story should be told. The fried rice came out, maybe 5 minutes before the teriyaki chicken. The waitress apologized for the wait, and these people had the audacity to ask the restaurant to comp the fried rice because it was cold . You could still see the steam coming off the rice!! They had a more senior server come over as well as the manager.
