I ordered the snow crab and boiled shrimp with steamed mushrooms corn sausage potatoes. After arriving home and opening up my seafood platter.... I was visually disappointed on the scale of 1 to 10 I would say it would be about a 6. But then I said to myself looks can be deceiving. I tasted the shrimp and thought to myself.. okay somebody's in the kitchen, I tasted the crab legs and thought to myself ...okay somebody's in the kitchen. From the shrimp to the snow crab to the sausage to the corn and mushrooms, I'm taking my hat off to salute The culinary artist that painted this portrait for me tonight. In the end ..I have never tasted food that touched the inside of my belly button.

Wife wanted to try the AYCE snow crabs on Saturday. This fills the void of all the crab buffets leaving. The crabs could use more seasoning and temperatures when brought to the table could be improved and more consistent. She would return to get her crab fix despite this. I tried the bacon and egg burger. I would say it’s a very forgettable burger. The bun is very dense and not very soft and it’s a thick patty. I feel like they could easily do better here. The shoestring onion rings were not very hot when brought out. I would recommend ordering fries over the onion rings.

We visited twice in the week we were in lake charles and were lucky that thr first was a THU-SUN night when they had seafood on special, it was great. I also never thought I would hype a quesadilla, but had one on both visits, one with chicken one with steak and would recommend either. Simple drink menu , no taps, but they'll happily mix up whatever you ask.

The food was great!!! But the price was really high. I ordered boil shrimp with one corn and one potato. I asked for two more potatoes and it costed $2.00 each. $2.00 for a very small potato!!!
