we (two friends from hannover) were at the beginning of March 2017 on the occasion of a unfortunately (deserved) lost out-game in karlsruhe. in the early evening our way into the old chapel pub.The hospitable friendship of the earths is proverbial and the wet (niall) is an excellent representative of this very sympathetic people!The selection of drinks (also whiskys and whiskeys) is very good, it is worth asking for a tip outside the drink card! prices are reasonable. the selection of food is for the little starving and a burger would certainly be good to face the card.We can recommend a visit unrestricted and will be sure to look back at us (hopefully at some point in the 1st of the league)...

Oh you get some Irish beer, and some made by the famous microbrewery nearby, either tasting German or also tasting like the Irish stuff. They offer a great variety of whiskeys, including German whisky. Don't be afraid, Germans nowadays make also great whisky! Among the guests I also found some from the green island to talk with...and grab another beer...

to guess a native of the Champions League evening came and stayed here. an irish pub as he should be: not too big, cozy, television with sport and a lot of choice for a drink: bee from the barrel of the local brewery vogelbräu (the stout is a delicious substitute for guinness) and a fair amount of single malt whiskys. and our bartender of the evening (vincent) was excellent. thanks for the glassmate!

hach what should I say ... the load is new renovated, has a great ambiente the wet niall is a granate and the team nice and friendly.There are Irish beer and the good bird beer from the brewery next door and of course also a few good bottle beer (fine:)the whisky selection is very large with many tasty. and for pub ratios the price is really in. I always like to be there.
If you want to meet real Irish staff and really nice guests you'll have to come here. Snacks and other food provided as well as Irish Single Malts and a Karlsruhe brewed stout and ale which are uniquely brewed for this pub. Best place in town!
The Old Chapel Pub has a nice comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and good food. A speciality is that the stout and ale is brewed in the microbrewery next door, and they give the Irish brewed stuff a very good run for their money!
