I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The Liver Dumpling Soup was outstanding, and the handmade spaetzle, referred to as Knoepfle in southern Germany, paired wonderfully with the Jaeger Schnitzel. The portions were quite generous, and I loved enjoying the leftovers for lunch today. The owner and chef, Renate, is from Aschaffenburg, Germany, which truly enhances the authenticity of the experience.
Fantastic German cuisine! My father loved the Leberkäse, which is hard to come by when it's made so deliciously and authentically. My mom ordered the Haxen, also prepared in a traditional German manner. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was incredibly friendly. Just a small note: it was a bit warm inside.
Olde Salem Cafe provided catering for a recent dinner we hosted for 200 guests, and the food was fantastic! The entire process was handled with great professionalism and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend their catering services!
