Horrible service and terribly disappointed. This was not our first visit but will certainly be our last. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We were two couples and one couple’s dinner came out approximately 1 1/2 hours after we ordered and the other couple’s order came out 30 minutes later. No apologies from either the waitress or the owner. When we mentioned the gap in order delivery we were shown the two tickets with a 30 minute difference in preparation time. We all ordered at the same time so not sure why it there was 30 minutes difference in preparation/service time. The owner acted like this was no big deal. I came there tonight 1-7-22 for a to-go order, however I actually ended up eating there (why not The steak WAS cooked as ordered well done I didn't know what to expect all steak houses cook differently regardless how you order lol. The Moral of this review is that the steak was good, I may try Medium-well next time, or bravely try Medium!!!! I need to get a flavor of the true steak. So far so good maybe even a Filet Mignon will excite the taste buds!! Also, the 3 waitresses were personable, I will come again soon maybe tomorrow night??? the best steaks around it is no wonder that they have won the best of johnston county, they cook them, as I like it every time friendly staff!
this is an amazing small steakhouse. excellent service and the steak was cooked to perfection!
