we had a table reserved to celebrate our high-time day with a nice meal. a good idea, as quickly turned out.In an old farm house you actually sit in the "old hall" of the house. the device should be timeless-elegant, but after our taste rather does not fit into the house and is rather a little "snarchy".The 4-course menu surprised with unusual taste combinations that we would not have chosen. whether fish or meat - everything super! and special value is placed on regional origin of processed products, which is well appreciated and the quality is extremely tolerable.The open wine we chose was first class and fits very well to the menu.Also the service was very pleasant: withholding but attent...
An ambience that looks pleasant and local. The charm of serenity and tradition is represented by the premises and the furniture. From the very first moment we enjoyed an excellent service. The employees did their job excellently. Great, comprehensible explanations have been given to each gang. We chose the 7-course menu. A fireworks for the taste buds. The accompanying wine tour to the menu was an experience and became through the sommeliere, with its comprehensible descriptions, a pleasant view of the world of wines and their selection in relation to the respective course of the menu. We were very satisfied and will definitely appear more often than a guest in this restaurant.
we went with 7 curses, but as always in Michelin-starred places add 4 Amuse-Bouches, a pre- and a post-dessert to it! all the dishes are quite complex, they need to concentrate a lot to discover the various benefits. fusion elements from different countries and many. creative combinations, all very good. they keep their style and also make it possible to have the main course as highlight of the menu: grillteller 3.0, American-themed and simply great. Of course, this has its price, 220 € pp with wine pairing (generated and with high-quality weep), but the wall is large and the quality is more than 2 stars. I guess it won't take long.
Since we like to eat in star restaurants, we were very excited about the Ole Deele. The outdoor area invites you to enter. interior tastefully decorated. We were very kindly received and immediately felt welcome. The food was excellent. You realize that only best ingredients are used here that you understand to deal with. A pleasure for the eye and the palate. The very friendly, professional service only lets you enjoy the evening. The Sommelier understands his subject and surprises with his recommendations. Perfect! The chef takes the time to talk to every guest. Next visit to the beautiful terrace.

We were very kindly welcomed. The selection of aperetif and wine was fully in line with our ideas. The service very, competent, unobtrusive and friendly. You felt very welcome as a guest. A sommelier who understands his subject. The menu at the highest level. You cannot describe it, you have to eat it yourself. The special, the cooks are included in the service and so you can see who cooked for us. Great. The restaurant was very beautifully decorated Christmas. A wonderful experience.
Before getting the Michelin star, it was our favorite place. with the star however it went over board. kokenhof offers (almost) the same quality to less than the half of the price. what is more, elevenrun bold, the owner, shares over her guests with everyone, after we had found that we were no longer going there.
It is always a pleasure to spend the evening in Ole Deele. And what food matters, we believe to see a great development. The tastes of the various ingredients fit even better, the performance becomes more and more attractive .... small works of art are created. The next visit is already planned.
Were there for the 2nd time this year, however, the boxes with the description of the treats on the plate have very missed... They were also very helpful to make friends washy even in connection with a photo...

Once again great new creations. Too bad it was so empty this time. We hope it's just the Maschseefest. Even if Großburgwedel is located slightly outside Hannover, the trip is worth it!
