The food was decent, but to be honest, it didn't stand out, and I found it a bit pricey for what it was. Additionally, I was surprised to see the drive-thru employee eating her own food while handling our order. From my years of experience working in restaurants, I've learned that it's not appropriate to eat while serving customers. It's better to take your break and enjoy your meal separately. It just doesn't sit right with me to eat while preparing someone else's food. That's my perspective on it.
The food was average—satisfactory enough to fill you up, but in my opinion, a bit overpriced. The person at the drive-thru window was eating while she was handling our order, which I found unprofessional. I had the cajun grilled catfish, it was just what I wanted for days. Not spicy but good flavor, tender not over cook. Choice of one or two filets with salad or cole slaw, baked potato or fries and melt in your mouth hushpuppies.Other menu items, beef steaks, shrimp or combos you make your own with or without the catfish. Ground steak gravy onions or plain, salad bar and hot fudge cake desert. Good food good price great service. I'll go back again and again.
The food and service are very good however I am sorry to say there's absolutely zero atmosphere and the lighting is so harsh, almost Industrial, that it makes me want to put on sunglasses at night. Regardless I keep going back because my friends and I love the food and it is close to home. A real family restaurant.

It was my first time there and I had fried catfish steak and bake potato with appetizers of cheddar peppers and fried mushrooms.
Great family.small town restaurant. The steak and baked potato are both really good. They have a great salad bar as well.
Excellent! I enjoyed the grilled lemon pepper catfish, and the hush puppies were delightful.
