Enjoyment and craftsmanship - this is really good here! The card is not too big, but the more honest is the fresh preparation! A very delicious evening in a modern yet cozy ambience, paired with a surprisingly extensive (especially in German selection wine card). Regional products are processed almost exclusively, but the North Sea fish is not too short (and only in the Bouillabaisse... . Finally Andi Sondej spent a little time in the kitchen of the Soelringhof on Sylt. He can truly cook! Reserve an evening if you're in the area!

To go at its best! Take not forgetted cucumbers and radish, light acidity and fine spices give a taste explosion! Pear and plum sorbet with caramelized oat flakes.... Boom!
