Home really nice and always smiling. Listening and effective. All the pizzas are good, especially the queen. On the other hand... the pissaladière is not one. Being niçois I cannot let this usurpation of identity pass. A pealadière is UNIQUEMENT of OIGNON. Tomato, pepper and tuna. To the rigor of anchovies for those who love. Your pealadière should be renamed Provençale or Marseillaise or Meridionale. It won't change its qualities. But don't change the rest... you're fine.
