Well, it was the sweetest day, so we expected a waiting time. unfortunately they cannot reserve. at the beginning this was said to wait for 1 1/2 hours, but it turned out to be around 50 min, which was estimated. our server was nice, but really busy. they seem to be understaffed like so man-yo restaurants in America. we ordered the unlimited pasta promotion, which is originally 13.99, but if they add meat toppings, it is a one-time fee of 4.99 each person. we have tried various pastas and sauces. the 3 cheese harbour was salty, the Italian sausage was small and salty, which we could not finish. the others were well seasoned and delicious. we were part of the creamy mushroom sauce with our pa...
Food was prepared as ordered, got kid meals that were very filling! Only reason 4 Stars instead of 5 was baggers need to pay attention to detail a little more. Asked for no bread sticks and cutlery in bag and received a bag full of sticks and a good handful of cutlery, even checked receipt and it did clearly state no bread sticks, no utensils. We are not fans of wasting but none of us like the bread sticks so we had to throw them out along with 6 plasticware packs.
ordered suppe and salat. I got a lukewarm suppe right away, but have to wait 25 minutes for salate, which is unacceptable. due to the delay had never really unlimited suppe and salat. no bill for inconvenience! server has done her best, should have told us about delay ahead. food: 2/5
The food was good, server was great and attentive. Why I give the one star is because you’re floor manager Bridgett I believe that’s what our server said her name was, was very rude in doing her table check. Also seemed to be walking around doing a lot of nothing.

Food was very good but we waited for our refills...waitress was slow. Food was getting cold by the time we got more bread sticks which we wanted to eat with the food. Love dipping them into the sauce on the food.
Many things needed to drink after a long week. The staff is great, especially the bartender Keila! Order the Chicken Parmigiano. So delicious, I forgot to take a picture. Enjoy!
The service was really good they were all very nice and the food was perfect for its price, I liked how they give you free soup, salad and breadsticks
