I’m very disappointed to have to write this review. My daughter and I usually enjoy Olive Garden and have had pleasant experiences in the past. However, this visit felt different. We felt ignored and undervalued from the start. Despite trying to get the server’s attention, we barely received any service. We were seated at the smallest table in the restaurant, which might have been fine if the rest of the experience had been better. Shortly after we sat down, a large party was seated right next to us and they were served drinks before we were even greeted.

The food was good, and the portions were quite generous. However, the service felt rushed and impatient. It seemed like the staff just wanted to get our order without taking the time to engage with us. I don't understand why customers would be treated this way—especially since not everyone is a regular and may need a moment to decide what to order. It was my first visit, and one staff member completely ignored us as we walked in, despite heading in our direction (she had just come out of the hostess area, and we thought she would seat us). It was around noon to 1 PM; perhaps it was a busy time, but we're paying customers and should receive better treatment, especially since we were planning...
I had a wonderful time dining at Olive Garden with my family to celebrate a special occasion. The service was prompt and friendly. We used their website to check wait times, which proved to be very accurate—there was no wait, and we were seated immediately. I really enjoyed the sirloin steak and Alfredo pasta, and the chocolate lasagna cake was absolutely delicious. The spiked strawberry lemonade was also fantastic. I would definitely return.
Food was good just normal olive garden but the bar tender made good drinks I had Amaretto Sour and it was very good had alot of flavor and was strong, but what I liked most was the waitresses wasn't up our butts. Like she let us try our food and gave us time before she came to ask how it was. Which was good 8 out of 10 will definitely be back

Luisa was our attentive and helpful server at Olive Garden in Stockton, California. Both the minestrone and fagioli soups were delicious, as were the herb garden salmon and the spaghetti with meatballs. The manager also stopped by to address a previous issue, and he handled it very professionally.
Worst Italian food I have ever had. I was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant. If you want good Italian good this is not the place. I recommend Pietros, Angelina's, or Da Vinci's. You'll be doing yourself a favor not going here.
Manger was rude. I complained about asparagus being too hard to eat. He just stood over our food and said. So what do you want me to do? Smart like. I said I know I don't want you to stand here and act like it's okay. I'd like to finish the rest of my food.
i am a huge fan of olive garden. but this one specifically because of the AMAZING customer service by the server named crystal. she is THE best. this 5 star review is not for olive garden....it's for crystal.

Very disgusting. I ordered a to go meal and on one of my tubelware was a dead squished fly. Definitely won't be ordering to go from there anymore. Very unsanitary.
