the woman and I were not happy with the wait, but the manager let us go satisfied. our server was monitored from a distance by its supervisor who treated customer service problems and their performance gracefully. our eating had obviously in a window for a solid 20 min. the pasta was dewatered and stained. we asked for another part of pasta and it was delivered immediately. the mgr had a professional pep talk with its server and a part of our meal. cudos to the mgr. I wish I had caught his name.
it was pretty busy for a Wednesday, but we have our table quite fast for both of us. our server was very attentive and eating never tasted better! everything had the perfect temperature and the quality was excellent.
