The place was busy, it was a Saturday night at 6pm. So a 40 minute wait for two was expected. Had a drink at the bar, my beer glass was dirty. Which happens, I know. Ignored it. Got our table, unrolled my utensils and they were covered with water stains, not a big deal, but definitely looked like dirty water, not your usual water stains. One of the forks had a piece of food stuck to it. So I left them at the end of the table and let the server know they were dirty. She offered to bring me hot water to wipe them off... Plates came, still had water on them, and some grease it seemed. Waters came, again, glasses had stuff stuck on them. I come from a restaurant background and I understand night...
My friend and I went to Olive Garden and had a great experience. We were greeted and seated at our table right away. Our server came over soon after and took our drink and dinner order. Soon after that our salad and breadsticks came. The salad was fresh and the server loaded it as much parmesan cheese as we wanted, breadsticks hot, fresh and soft. For our main course we both got the seafood fettuccine alfredo and oh my goodness was it delicious. Everything in it tasted great. Price was reasonable. We had a very nice experience here overall. So if your craving a nice pasta dish Olive Garden is the place to go!
Olive Garden in Manchester, CT thank you for the wonderful service the deliciousfood/drinks. Also a big thank you to our server Eric for his exceptional customer service. He's the bomb when it comes to taking care of his customers. Just to note that we had just left Olive Garden in New Britain after the server there spilled a frozen strawberry daquiris all over my husband. Had to go home shower change before going back out OG in Manchester.
I had a wonderful experience at the Olive Garden. The food was consistently delicious, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Peach ice tea was like water. They forgot to bring me extra salad dressing. They forgot to bring me a little extra salad. I had to ask twice. Service was slow.
