We also ordered a salad, but I was disappointed with it as it wasn’t fresh at all, and the bowl was quite empty. In my photos, you can see the difference between the original salad and what we received after it was refilled. The refilled salad came from a different source, as the lettuce, tomatoes, and olives were fresh, cold, and tasty.
I've visited other branches, and I’ve noticed the same issue there as well. It seems to be their policy. However, our waiter Cris was wonderful—very attentive and cheerful. I hope I spelled his name correctly!
We were seated promptly, and the server arrived within a few minutes to take our order. They brought out the house salad and breadsticks, though I found the dressing a bit heavier than my preference—I'm sure I could have mentioned this to the server in advance. The portion sizes were generous (we couldn't finish everything), and the food was delicious. I paid using the device at our table. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I have been visiting this restaurant since an year now. I always had very good experience with them. Good food, good ambience, good staff, fairly priced, free coke refills, free salad, free breadsticks, easy payment/ tip options, free parking in the mall, good mall to shop. It can get busy on weekends and difficult to find an order taker but it is fine if one can have a little patience. I will keep coming back.
We went for Sunday dinner and had a nice time. The food was good. But our server, Brenda, was AWESOME!!!! She was ALL THAT and more. She made sure everything was to our liking and always had a smileonherface. If you guys go to this location, you MUST ask to have Brenda as your server. Thanks Brenda for the AWESOME service!!!!!
