There were too many young employees working at this restaurant, which affected the overall quality of the experience. The hostess was unfriendly and seated us in a dark corner while there were plenty of other open and nicer seats available. However, the waitress was beautiful, well-dressed, and professional. Unfortunately, our plates were cleared by a busboy who parked himself at our table and talked to customers at a nearby table. The chicken parmigiana was stale, thin, dry, and crispy. My family and I chose this restaurant for Father's Day celebration. Our server, Gabrielle, was exceptional - she was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. Even though we had a less-than-stellar experience at a nearby location, we are willing to drive 40 minutes to this restaurant instead of just 5 minutes to the other one. There seemed to be some communication issues between the hostesses regarding table availability, but that wouldn't stop us from returning. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be returning in the future.
I called an hour prior to our arrival to request seating for a party of 12. The staff were in constant communication via text messages to make sure everything was ready to go upon arrival. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted pleasantly and immediately taken to our table. Our server was amazing. The food was hot and delicious. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!!
We visited this restaurant for Father's Day and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Gabrielle, was fantastic - very attentive and friendly. Despite some minor communication issues between the hostesses, the food was delicious and we would gladly make the 40-minute drive to this location again instead of going to a closer one.
