. I came Friday evening with my sister and cousin. We were from out of town and my sister was craving Olive Garden, lasagna so we swung by to get some. We walked in and the restaurant just smelled bad and it got worse as we walked to our table. Our server was named Amanda and she was okay. The area she took care of was pretty dirty, dust on the surrounding window seals, pictures and when I dropped my phone on the floor there were napkins and trash on the floor. In between the seats were paper straw trash and crayons. Our food came out pretty fast but it wasn't as hot as we would've liked it but it was all tasting the same. As newlyweds, we received a gift card and decided to have lunch at this location due to its proximity. Neither of us had been to an Olive Garden for 10+ yrs. and from the moment we walked in I knew we would never return. It smelled like a nursing home, not delicious or mouth watering at all. The ladies bathroom already had indications of upset stomachs at noon!! The food was as remembered and along with our gracious waitress Ms. Janice was all that saved the day. The ambiance was severely lacking in Italian anything with the exception of its claim. It was a stark reminder to keep making a different choice for Italian food.
The dinner at The Late Mother was fantastic—the food was amazing, and I have no complaints on that front. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It seemed like the server might have been new or perhaps was just not well-suited for the role, as she seemed unsure of what to do. No one came to assist her either. After placing our order, we asked three times about the status, and after waiting 20 minutes, she finally informed us that there was no coffee available and that it would take another 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
The food was pretty good and the server was nice, but the ambience was dry a dim. The outside was very dirty at the entrance. Trash was in every corner. I was meeting friends for a birthday dinner. I was almost embarrassed to go in and dine. They also had a rank oder in the air like it's not cleaned on the regular. Not an appealing look for Olive Garden. Very disappointed on the obience.

Fodd was just ok, not much dressing on the salad, breadsticks dry. Server was having a very difficult time maybe but needed to ask for basic things several times. Biggest problem for me was the state of the mens bathroom. Pee all over the floor and puddles near the toilet maybe you want to try to reach. Not a single thing to dry your hands.
The hostess was very pleasant, but the server was uninformed, unhelpful, and inattentive at our table. The busboy and the lady manager (who we had to ask for help twice) provided us with more assistance than he did! What a disappointment! I haven't been to this place in years, and I certainly won't be returning anytime soon!

My food was served hot and ready to eat. I decided to try something different, and it was delicious! I even had a dessert, which I highly recommend. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
