After reading all these reviews, I was a bit hesitant in trying this Oliver brown as I was in the area. However! Everything was the complete opposite! I went during a busy evening, ordered an extra hot almond mocha, with fruit waffles for The mocha was made to perfection with a balance of chocolate and coffee unlike some other Oliver Browns that burn the milk, the waffles were definitely hot and fresh exactly how they should be. I was quite surprised with the service as all reviews didn’t have a good experience. Slow Service. Took my three children out for waffles and strawberries. I got my coffee and kids got their babychinos about 5 minutes after we ordered, which was great. However, after almost a further half an hour of waiting still no strawberries or waffles. My two year old was getting restless so i decided to get a refund and leave. As i was leaving a rude customer was talking under his breath and saying control your child. I asked for my money back and the staff said the strawberries are coming, i said i'd like to leave as my son is crying and the other customers are being rude. They gave me my money. Bankstown Oliver Bown very disappointed. Firstly, very disappointed in receiving my order in a cardboard box as it can not be reheated whilst in the box and very difficult to cut my order as height of box limits this. No ice cream with my order and I paid the same price. Tight on the chocolate as well. I have eaten at other Oliver Brown places and this has to be the first one I wasn't happy with.

Ordered a cap and this is what we got..how are they comfortable sending this out. When you have low expectations of yourself and your organisation you send out garbage. If you pay for a cap like I did you should get a cap that is filled to the top. Tight much?
I generally like Oliver Brown. Their sweets and shaked are great, but this particular branch has serious customer service issues. As a start, all staff need to attend customer service 101. Just terrible! Make you feel like you're getting served for free!!
ordered a cap and this is what we have.how they are convenient to send this. if they have low expectations in themselves and their organization, they send out mumbling. if they have paid for a cap like me, should they get a cap filled up?

great customer of the service of the employee gave only the half of my order and when he was asked where no one followed. waited 20 minutes and please return. will not be back or recommend loading.
