Walk in and see a sign greeting us asking us to seat ourselves. Ok. So we sit down, multiple people walk by we say hi but no one tells us that there are no wait staff until we happen to see the small sign laying on its side on the table telling us we need to order at the bar.So we do that which just detracts from the experience. DISORGANIZED! $300 later, I can tell you that the staff was overwhelmed, confused, and under trained! We ordered the appetizers 10 mins before the meals, but the appetizers came out when we were half done with the meals.Vodka pineapple came out as vodka sodaMed well pub burger came out rare A specific red wine was out of stock so bartender poured different one without asking if okayMy Chardonnay was between a quarter and a half glass full which was $14The other hamburgers were overdone! I used to always like this place!! But it's really gone downhill recently! Which is too bad because its really a cool place with a great atmosphere!! But for some reason they decided to change things make you order everything at the Bar which takes forever a day because They are so slow taking orders and there is a lot of people in line!! When I walked in, the smell of old fish was so strong I almost left. Wish I had. We were seated right away and then waited about 15 minutes for anyone to offer us water. Ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer. The appetizer was fine but was getting cold so we started. When the wine hadn't shown up and we were done with the appetizer, we asked for the bill, explaining that we were very disappointed that the wine we'd ordered for with the appetizer never came out. THE WINE WAS ON THE BILL!Left cash for the appetizer and departed.We really wanted to like this place. Nope.

Visited for the first time yesterday.Ordered fish and chips and nachos. Food did not have a good visual display and took a long time for the order to arrive. Who still uses Velveeta on nachos? That’s disgusting. The fish and chips smelled bad. It did not taste good either. The fries, beer and cocktail we’re OK. Bar service was good.Won’t be coming back.I think this building is cursed. Seems like all of the businesses there never seem to make it.I live in Lincoln, and am more than happy to support businesses as long as their game is on point. Definitely needs some work.
Same old disappointment as we experienced at Oliver's Pink Martini. Food was mediocre and you pay before your served. That included tipping before you have your meal. Place is a joke like his other two locations. Don't waste your time or your money. Attached is a picture of our full ketchup bottle. Obviously they refill them, but lack the motivation to wipe them down first....disgusting! And lazy! Will not be back. Burnt once, burnt twice, burnt three times...no more chances.One star for location.
I recently discovered this hidden gem and was pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding, especially the French Dip, which was loaded with plenty of meat. The fish and chips were served hot and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the bartender downstairs was both attentive and engaging. It's a wonderful place, and we definitely plan to return!
During our first visit to Oliver's with our Oma, we were treated wonderfully by all the staff, but our server truly stood out. Although mojitos aren't currently on the menu, she went above and beyond to create one for me, and it was delicious! The food was fantastic, and we had a lovely experience overall. Thank you!

After learning about how Oliver's Brewhouse treats its young employees, I will never return. This is unprofessional and the treatment is terrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. I advise against letting your kids work here.
Tonight was my first time trying this place out with my husband and his parents for his dad birthday, but not too bad...I just wish they provided au jus with my dish.
