Die Speisen sind immer von ausgesuchter Qualität, das Personal sehr fachkundig, aufmerksam und freundlich und die Weinauswahl auch bei den offenen Weinen ansprechend. Beim letzten Besuch wählten wir den bunten Salatteller und die Karotten-Mango-Cremesuppe als Vorspeise. Das Salatdressing ist sehr schmackhaft und besteht Gott sei Dank nicht aus dem üblichen Balsamico-Olivenöl-Dressing. Die Cremesuppe war fein abgestimmt und wirklich sehr cremig ohne massig zu sein. Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Abend gefreut, meine Familie und ich ! Angefangen mit einer Bedienung, die sich bei der Bestellung mit der Speisekarte auf den Tisch stüzte, danach die rote Soße über meine Tasche verschüttete, was passieren kann, aber nicht sollte. Das Schnitzel war fade und sah auch nicht besonders aus, irgendwie grau , die Kartoffeln ebenfalls fade. Zum Fisch, zum Fleisch, in der Butter. . . Überall rote Bete. Die Trüffel Ravioli geschmacklos und von Trüffel war nix zu erahnen. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lake Starnberger. Staff are all extremely courteous, attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very rich and tasty. There is a Finnish sauna with 90 degrees and a bio sauna with about 60 degrees. A small fitness room is also available, there are three Cardio devices. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also. In the room there is a wardrobe, a safe, a desk and a TV, as usual in such hotels. In the reception area is a bar with a very friendly and competent bartender.

After he took care of him in the quarter, the hotel manager finally apologized.

We, 2 adults and 1 child, really enjoyed 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel is very nicely furnished and the location is very good. Staff very professional, friendly and competent. Both in the reception and in the (breakfast) restaurant. The only one we missed was the treadmill in the gym, but at the location (5 minutes to the lake) it was very ok. We're definitely coming again!

Nice, well maintained hotel with restaurants, bar and sauna. The staff from reception to service to the kitchen was very friendly and attentive. Our spacious, quiet standard room was absolutely clean, the minibar was included in the price and was filled daily. We felt all around and like to come back.
Central location, yet relatively quiet. Spacious rooms, partly with balcony. Nice bathroom, free minibar, spa and fitness area. Very nice and helpful ladies and gentlemen at the reception. I felt very comfortable.
